Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Senior Sales Executive to promote and sell Thermal Instruments in the assigned region. This role involves identifying prospective clients, managing key customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and providing product-related guidance and support across industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and research institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Implen Life Science Products.
- Identify and develop business opportunities within key sectors like biotechnology, academic research, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical industries.
- Implement and manage tailored sales strategies to meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
2. Lead Generation & Customer Interaction:
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life science solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and follow-ups to ensure successful sales closures.
3. Market Coverage:
- Conduct regular visits to customer locations to strengthen market presence and visibility.
- Expand the customer base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the region.
4. Product Knowledge & Support:

Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of Implen products, including their features, applications, and benefits.

Effectively communicate product solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with technical teams to provide product demonstrations, training, and after-sales support.
5.Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (preferred fields: Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Biotechnology).
Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in life science products, laboratory equipment, or analytical solutions.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical information effectively.
- Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Basic technical understanding of life science or laboratory products.
Travel:

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for customer visits, business development, and networking.
