Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Senior Sales Executive to promote and sell Thermal Instruments in the assigned region. This role involves identifying prospective clients, managing key customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and providing product-related guidance and support across industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and research institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for thermal instruments and solutions from leading partners like Hitachi, Thermo Scientific, ECOM, Nanalysis, and Khimod.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors such as pharmaceuticals, materials science, and academic research.
  • Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.

2. Lead Generation & Customer Interaction:

  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calls, and industry events.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable thermal analysis solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and follow-ups to successfully close sales opportunities.

3. Market Coverage:

  • Regularly visit customers in the assigned territory to enhance market presence.
  • Expand market share by identifying and pursuing new opportunities for business growth.

4.4. Product Knowledge & Support:

  • Acquire deep product knowledge of Thermal Instruments and related solutions, including their features, applications, and benefits.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide product demonstrations, training, and support for installations and troubleshooting.

5. Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, along with market feedback and insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (preferred fields: Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Biotechnology).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in analytical instruments or scientific equipment (experience with thermal instruments is highly desirable).

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Goal-oriented with proven negotiation and sales-closing abilities.
  • Solid technical understanding of thermal analysis instruments or laboratory equipment is an advantage.

Travel:

  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer visits, business development, and industry networking.
