HTS-XT FTIR Microplate Reader

HTS-XT FTIR Microplate Reader
Distributor and Service Provider In India

The HTS-XT FTIR Microplate Reader by Bruker is a compact and high-performance solution for infrared-based high-throughput screening. Designed for fast and automated analysis, the HTS-XT is compatible with standardized 96-, 384-, and 1536-well microplates. This versatile module supports both reflection and transmission modes, making it ideal for rapid screening of solid and liquid samples in a wide range of research and industrial applications. We are a trusted HTS-XT FTIR Microplate Reader Distributor and Service Provider in India.

What is High-Throughput FT-IR Analysis?

The HTS-XT is an advanced microplate extension designed to integrate with various Bruker FT-IR spectrometers such as the INVENIO S. It enables fully automated infrared measurements in the mid-IR, near-IR, and visible (VIS) spectral ranges.
Reusable and easy-to-clean microplates are used to accommodate 1–20 µL of liquid or ground solid samples. After preparation, the samples are dried directly on the microplate and inserted into the instrument via a motorized drawer. The system then measures each well position sequentially using IR transmission or reflection, depending on the configured mode.

Key Features of the HTS-XT FTIR Microplate Reader

  • Compatible with 96-, 384-, and 1536-well formats
  • Supports mid-IR to VIS range analysis
  • Works with liquid and solid samples
  • Fully automated measurement with motorized drawer
  • Reflection and transmission measurement modes
  • Easy cleaning and reusability of microplates

Intuitive Software for Automated Microplate Analysis

The HTS-XT is powered by OPUS/LAB—a dedicated software package designed for automated spectral data acquisition and evaluation. It supports both qualitative and quantitative analysis with advanced algorithms such as:

  • PLS (Partial Least Squares) for multicomponent quantification
  • PCA (Principal Component Analysis) and ANN (Artificial Neural Networks) for classification and pattern recognition
  • Spectral correlation tools for material identification

All measurement settings and results are automatically logged, allowing seamless integration with external software platforms and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Applications of HTS-XT FTIR Microplate Reader

The HTS-XT offers the benefit of gathering complete molecular and structural information in a single measurement—unlike other screening techniques that rely on markers or tags. This makes it an invaluable tool across various domains:

  • Soil Analysis:

Classify soil types and quantify physical-chemical parameters
  • Polymer Research:

Monitor polymerization kinetics in varnishes and adhesives
  • Cell Characterization:

    Differentiate between producers and non-producers
  • Gemology:

Identify and type-classify diamonds and other valuable materials

At Inkarp Instruments , we provide complete HTS-XT solutions, from consultation and system setup to training and service. Rely on us as your preferred HTS-XT FTIR Microplate Reader Distributor and Service Provider in India
